IND vs NZ

India and New Zealand series is going to start in few days and the Indian team went to new Zealand yesterday. They are first starting with a twenty twenty and they are going to play three test matches and five ODI's in New Zealand.

Share market is very low and it has seen its bottom again.. it went down below 9000 points. So It will take more than three or four months to recover. The stock holders are unhappy and this reflected on world markets!!

IPL Auction




















More than 112 players have been bidded for the IPL auction. Indian Premier League Head Lalit Modi on Friday announced that more than 112 overseas players have been bought for the IPL Auction. This includes 27 Australian players and 21 England players. England Captain Kevin Pieterson and Andrew Flintoff were bought for $5 Million. Similarly Brad Haddin and Jason Krejza were also bidded for higher amounts. I think this season would be a treat for the Cricket fans all around the world.

Vettori surprised













New zealand cricket board asked BCCI to include third test match in addition to the two test matches. BCCI accepted the offer and yesterday the have announced that New Zealand and India will play three test matches in a row next month. New Zealand captain Danniel Vettori was very much surprised and he thanked the New Zealand cricket board and BCCI fo this amazing offer. Both the teams are in good form and the expectation level for these matches is rising day by day!!

Ban on ICL















The ban on Pakistan players has been removed and they are now free to play in the ICL matches. We all know that ICL is a cricket league in which nine city teams are playing against each other and Pakistan(lahore badshas) are one among them. Pakistan Cricket board banned the players for paying in ICL. But the Star player Mohammad Yousuf and Former Pakistan Captain Inzamam-ul-Haq challenged the ban and they played in ICL last year. So atlast Pakistan cricket board removed the ban and left them free for playing in Indian cricket league.

Nine in a row!!


















Indian Cricket team has again proved that they are the world champions. Indian team opening batsman Gautam Gambhir proved his ability by scoring 150 runs against Sri Lanka in the fourth One day international at premasada Stadium. Gautam Gambhir played like ferocious lion and he reached his 150 in just 147 balls. India lost its early wicket of Sehwag at just 5 runs. After that critical situation Indian team managed to reach 332. Suresh Raina added fuel to the fire by scoring 49*. Sri Lankan's were loosing their wickets at regular frequencies and at last Sri lankan team again lost to India by 67 runs. After back to back victories Indian team is in cloud9!!

Harbajan is Fit















Harbajan Singh the Indian Spin bowler is now fit and he will be playing in the new Zealand series next month. Due to injury Harbajan Singh missed the Sri Lankan series. Doctors said that Harbajan Doesn't need any surgery but he needs some rest. Harbajan Singh is now taking treatment in Johannesburg(South Africa). Hope he will return to India in another ten days.

it has happened again
















oh!! I think it's a bad time for the Australian Cricketers!! After back to back defeat against South Africa in the one day matches Australia again lost their first one day international match against New Zealand.  The match went very closely and at he last ball Vettorie the New Zealand Captain smashed a four and gave a winning treat to the new zealand fans.

Out of 111 players 43 players were selected by the franchise on Saturday. Out of that Kevin Pieterson the England Captain was bought for $1,350,000 and Andrew Flintoff was bought for $950,000. Star player of South Africa JP Duminy was bought for $300,000. The second highest Bid was Michael Clarke the Australian All Rounder and he was bought for $1,000,000. The Bangladesh players were bought for very low amount. Only four Bangladesh players are playing in this season and they are Shakib Al Hasan $75,000, Mohammad Ashraful $75,000, Mashrafe Mortaza $50,000, Tamim Iqbal $50,000.

India Sealed














India sealed the five match series 3-0. India players showed their fabulous performance against Sri lanka yesterday. Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh joined hands and made a 200 runs partnership for the third wicket. On the other side Muthiah muralidaran took his 502nd wicket and Mahela Jeyawardena crossed 8000runs in his ODI career. Sri lankan players lost their wickets at regular intervals and at last India won by 147 runs.

Consecutive wins

















India is aiming for eighth consecutive win and sri lanka is under pressure to manage this tight situation. Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is very confident of getting the same. After back to back victories against England India Crushed Sri lanka in the first two ODI's and leads the series 2-0. Still three more matches are there and sri lanka is in a do or die situation to win the series. India and Sri lanka are playing their third one day international today and it starts at 2:30pm IST.
